@verizon.net | [DVR] Pop up ADS when watching DVR recording. I am getting pop up Ads when watching recorded movies. For example, I was just watching Primal Fear that I recorded from HBO. During the playback a full screen Ad for HBO pop ups asking if I want to preview or purchase HBO. If I happen to be watching a recording from MAX it will ask me if I want to preview or purchase MAX. The only way I can get out of it is to stop then restart the recording. Then it is OK until the next time it happens. Is anyone else seeing this? Does anyone know how to make it stop? Thanks. |

West Orange, NJ | I have never heard of that. Did you record these movies during a free preview weekend?
In general you can disable popups under Menu > Settings |
