I chatted with a sales rep today, and she informed me that there are different bandwidth caps for different internet tiers... 50GB for Essential, 200GB for Preferred, 250GB for Premier, and 400GB for Ultimate.

From browsing this forum, I haven't seen anyone mention that there are different caps -- has anyone else seen this? Is there a document/page somewhere that details the caps and how they're enforced?
