Both are full IPS panels with 96% Adobe RGB color gamut.
I would recommend incorporating about $200 for a color calibrator like the Spyder 4 from Datacolor into your purchase as no matter what any manufacturer claims, the calibration won't be "enough."
Another possible option are the Apple displays, however they're only about 84% of the Adobe RGB (according to AnandTech)
