no, raids happen on Raid island. this can be reached just by swimming in the ocean til you get the fatigue bar, when bar runs out you will be transported to Raid island. Correction, this route takes you to the Island of Misfit Toys, the ones that nobody really wants - the tank that pulls when the healer is OOM, the hunter that sends his pet out on the boss before the pull, the rogue that never comes out of hidding, the mage that is too leet.
