[TekTalk] Bell --> TekSavy, Steps ? which modem ?

Hi,

I tired of Bell and wan to change to Teksavy.
I dont known yet DSL or Cable ?
In either cases, whatare the recommended stepsfor a smooth transition without service interruption ?

For the modem, if I can buy it used, that will be great but I dont known which one is the best and what is the availability ? What do you recommend ?
