[Cable] Long waiting for installation. Long waiting on the phone
I have ordered my cable installation at the end of October 2012. At the Nov-1-2012 you took my money and confirm that a technician will come on Nov-5-2012. Nobody came. Nobody even called me. I've tried to reach you spending more then an hour on phone and finally got an answer that "Videotron did not confirm your modem. We are still waiting". On Nov-9-2012 I've called you back again (another hour waiting on phone!) you said that my modem is accepted and you are waiting for an answer from Videotron and in next 24-72 hours you'll get an information. I called you on Nov-12-2012 you still did not have any information from Videotron. Today my patience is over - another chat with a Teksavvy and still "please waiting..." Nobody even know how long I should wait!!!
Awful experience, worst phone support ever.
Now I simply want to get my money back, which you took so easy (85 for installation, 39.95 for service + taxes = 143.66$) for service you unable to establish... I am staying on the line for another hour and writing this review for you. I could not even get my money back. Where is my money???

Finally I had a talk with a person from Teksavvy and she confirmed that my account is cancelled.
I hope I'll get whole sum back as far as I had not even had any services.
