telus is giving a $10 credit to the people that were affected by tuesdays outage.

"On November 13 you may have been unable to connect to the Internet in your home. The disruption was due to a network outage that our technical team was able to quickly identify and resolve. Your Internet should be back up and running.

Our Business Telus ADSL is down since 9:20AM this morning in Richmond. Tech Support is unreachable with endless rings. DSL light is on the modem, but can not renew new IP nor DNS info.

I've actually been trying for a couple of days to get a TTV Otik repair, I'm not impressed as I was cut off on phone and even on Telus Chat... " account information not available"!
Too bad I picked a day to try again when there's a problem with Telus itelf and my current chat wait is Increasing ( started at 22 mins and now 24 mins, - difficult to type as it's refreshing every 15 seconds). However phone and Internet working in East Van.
