[Services] Trying to upgrade current DSL service

I live in an area where the Uverse IPDSL is being sold. I have DSL service, express and want to up grade. My loop footage is 9315 ft 26 awg, and show that I qualify for the up grade. When I tried to complete the transaction I was told I had to switch to the Uverse IPDSL, which I wouldn't have a problem doing. The catch is that I have to switch to the 12M package. I do not qualify for the 12M package based on the distance. There is no VRAD at my cross cut box, so I would still be copper based out of the CO if I switch to IPDSL. I need help upgrading my speed.

Odd. They offer the "U-verse HSI Pro" (3008/512) package at my old residence, which is connected to the CO on 9,156 feet of copper. In fact, that is the highest speed tier offered at that residence.

Perhaps a pre-qualification request is in order in the AT&T Direct forum.

They should still sell it to you as the speed is "up to" if it syncs lower then they would tell you that. As Norman said I would try the Direct Forum on here or contact AT&T's actual office and see what they say. I think I have the number still if you need it.
