dsl2u posted : When I log in I get the old MagicTalk number *........* or as they call it today the magicNumber. You dial 305-848-talk then that number to reach someone. I have the email address and password for the account and want to use the local number only. But I don't have the device with me. Is this possible? I believe I used to use MagicJack this way (without the usb device hooked up at all) but maybe I did have the USB device connected but didn't use it. Not sure. Can I use a local number without hooking up a device at all? Just everything through the softphone?
