[DSL] do techs come for DSL upgrade to 15/1 ?

I have ordered a DSL upgrade from 6/1 to 15/1. I will be using my existing modem.

Do the techs actually come to my house for this upgrade?

Hello,

Yes, Bell will require a dispatch. Actually 2 seperate techs will be out between the hours of 12 and 9. The first a Bell technician and the second a 3rd party.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Thank you,
Keith

In my case the Bell tech didn't show but the second one did.

There, I think I fixed it

I made the switch a month ago. One tech showed up at ~4pm, saw my connection hadn't been switched yet, so he called the Bell tech, checked my wiring and took off. 5 minutes later, my modem resync'ed with ADSL2+ profile.
