All of these are over the course of multiple days.
My connection speed is very fast, 63Mbps/16Mbps.

I use a Motorola SB6121 with an Asus RT-N16 modem with Toastman's Tomato USB

Generally OK but a bit on the strong side. Generally, you want downstream between +10 and -10, and upstream in the low 40's.

Looks like you are right off of a 20v tap with no attenuation at all. Do you have Internet only?
