Thanks for the information. My second connect was installed over a year ago. I called the representative that I was referred to last summer to handle such manners as this, but she was not yet in the office.
Update: Contacted an individual that I had previously dealt with at Frontier and they have corrected the billing errors. There are folks at Frontier that know how things should work and look out for their customers.
