Actually 2 seperate techs SHOULD be out between the hours of 12 and 9. (Bell does not always need to send their tech and/or the Bell tech does not always need access to the premises but we always recommend being home for the entire time frame just in case)

Yes, Bell will require a dispatch. Actually 2 seperate techs will be out between the hours of 12 and 9. The first a Bell technician and the second a 3rd party.
