galaxy s3

i want to buy the galaxy s3 brand new out wright and not tied to any phone com.

i plan to use this with one the many sim phone com. now available in the states.

where can i buy the phone? what site or shop can i do this ?
i did look at newegg but their disclaimer about cell phones worried me that the phone was not new, am i wrong?

thanks for the replies,
had a look at amazon and there are lot of people being sent sent the wrong phone from what they ordered(quite a lot),
best buy have the phones but what version do i need to get? so confusing, dual core, quad core?

i want to use the phone with a service like "simple"or similar and use 4g. so do i get the international s3 or what?

is there a site that what kind of phone i need ...

Do they really sell them unlocked there? I think up here you can buy them full price but they are still locked to a carrier. Edit: it seems that they do, says unlocked right on the website.

The newegg site seems to say that they only take them out of the box to unlock them, not that they are used.

That makes me wonder does newegg seem to be getting them from a different place than best buy down there?

Given that I work for Big Blue... yes. I am pretty sure.

Price was dropped to $749. However not all store stock it.

I9300 is a Quadcore unit.

Simple Mobile does not have true WiMax/LTE 4g technology. They use HSPA+.

Boost/Virgin using WiMax
Cricket/Metro/Tmob will have LTE. They currently have limited LTE coverage.

ATT/Verizon prepaid have not announced anything about moving those users to LTE.

As if somehow Wimax is LTE? Or are we just saying it's 4G speeds? If so, then HSPA+ is _certainly 4G just as WiMax is.

Review the tech... HPSA+ can be even faster then WiMax.
