This seems to come and go, it was working fine earlier today but not now. Are there bandwidth restrictions or what? I am about to switch to Time Warner, I need youtube videos. It's something with WOW and not router. I can't watch them on my phone with wifi but when turning off wifi I can on the phone. I guess I will remove the router and try the modem direct for the PC and if it does not work then WOW 100%.

This is a massively frustrating thing, but I'm not going back to Time Warner... their service was atrocious, consistent, but atrocious.

Consistently got below rated speed and had almost NO upstream at all.

Also their CS department was often insulting.
