slow buggy speeds - ready to cancel.
DSLextreme user for many years now. Moved to a new address
and now have terrible service. Speeds are erratic, especially in the evening.
Have hooked directly up to junction box outside of house bypassing all the internal wiring and router. Testing speeds on speedtest.
Tried to work with tech support, but with no resolution.
Just got off the phone with Dawn in Billing and just hit a brick wall trying to resolve the case. They just tried to up sell me to a faster speed. I cant afford a faster speed and am leery that wont solve the intermittent speeds either. Also threatened with early termination fees up the yazoo. I've been a DSLextreme customer for years now and wish the level of performance didnt drop off.
We're a tv free house and use DSL to watch Hulu and Youtube videos. The slow speeds make that unenjoyable and now Youtube wont preload videos.
I notice the forums seems to streamline issues, so please help me DSL extreme.
