2001 Ford Ranger with 165k miles, I just changed the differential fluid for the first time. Put in some top quality synthetic and it shifts and runs way smoother.

Changed the brake fluid and didn't notice anything.

Power steering, radiator and clutch fluid are next.

I fail to see the correlation between the two. That's like me saying I changed my differential fluid and now I get better radio reception, lost 20 lbs and my teeth are whiter.
