Sadly, in the wireless industry, once one carrier does it, the rest tend to be "ME TOO!" and quickly jump on the bandwagon.
I fully expect similar services from AT&T, VZW and Sprint before the month is out.
They all do it already.
I havent watched the video, maybe the guy was going to stick it in his rear as the all do and missed. Thus the uproar we are seeing.
Maybe he hadnt been through the full customer service training and didnt quite get it when they were teaching the sticking it to them part.
