I cannot find Call History in OBi Dashboard.
Go to [CDR and Reports] on top menu, then drop down to [Call Detail Records].
said by taytong888:Right, but that does not mean that all the other people who handle calls to your number are done. For example, if your friend Rosa calls you from her Fido cell phone, whoever handles calls for Fido has to update their routing tables.
VOIP.MS emailed me on November 13 to let me know the port(ing) has been completed.
This is just one possibility but it is a common issue....
