I cant stream anything since move to a new hub

I has been 6 weeks and over 35 hrs on the phone with tech after tech and I still cant stream since windstream upgraded my town to a new hub. I have been very patient so far but today one of the techs said that nobody is even working on my ticket! I have had about 9 tickets opened and closed without any resolution. Upload is slow and latency is high. Communication is terrible with this company. I have been a customer of theirs for over 15 yrs but I will be calling cable company on mon.
