That is the funny thing - they claim there was never a password on that account. The Admin account has a password, but it is not booting to the screen that allows us to choose the User! It goes directly to the password screen for the non-Admin User, and logging off gets you back to the same place!
However, by leaving the password blank it allows us in to Windows as the non-Admin.
