Can you check for other processes using CPU cycles?
This WU seems to be part of a test to run much faster, but you seem to be running much slower. The time per frame seems very suspect at this point in time.
Edit: Finding 2 - 4 min time per frame and not the 5x tpf your screen shot shows. -- time nor tide wait for no man...
