Steam guard uses a key from what I can tell, that identifies the computer.  But when you log in from new computer, it will send you an email saying your on a new computer and would you like to use it as such.<br><br>I had the same problem when I formatted this computer.  Its pretty easy.  Just have to know your email password and log in information to transfer the games to the new computer.<br><br>And I hope that you wiped the old computer before selling...Then your information like CC or anything that you have told Steam cannot be used at a later date to hijack your Steam account or anything worse.]]></description>
