I was on channel 1 this morning and had another drop. Changed to channel 11 and also changed from WPA to WPA2 (I was using WPA/TKIP because my previous Android device had issues with WPA/AES).
So far, been good all day.
There's only 1 other wifi network that pops in and out, but it's a very low signal and is on channel 7. Shouldn't be much of a factor.
Any drops here on Channel 11, I'll call Verizon back.
