[Help] Connect Belkin N750 to Alice Modem in Germany

Dear All,

I have an Alice connection working perfectly fine with their default WLAN Modem.

Now, I already have a Belkin N750 and was using it with my earlier connection back in India. I had mainly bought this to use my external HDD wirelessly.

Now, I want to have a similar arrangement where I can access my xHDD wirelessly.

I tried, removing the default modem altogther and using the Belkin one directly, gave the credentials as given in the Alice modem (PPPoE credz), but it didn't work.

I assumed that probably they have locked their connection to work only via their modems. So now, can I have this arrangement:

Alice's default modem becomes the primary modem. I connect the Belkin router to the Alice Modem via a LAN Cable. Now, access the xHDD which is connected to Belkin.

Is this possible

LEt me know in case more details are needed.

Cheers,
Sumit
