It did work when I first used it as an SBC customer; but I don't have an AT&T login now.

I lost port 25 access when I quit AT&T (I had requested removal from the block in early 2003; quit AT&T in 2011).

My new ISP blocks port 25 both directions on dynamic IP accounts; but not on static IP accounts.
