Kingwood-Bad speeds and Ping

Seems Kingwood is still nice and slow. In town visiting for the week, and can barely stream over Plex from my other connection. Recently, I upgraded my parents to a 6120 and is bonding all 4 channels. Before that on the D2 modem, the internet was unusable during primetime.

Anyways, here are some tests, check out the ping to the HOUSTON Comcast server from Kingwood(~25 miles, and yes, I know, it can travel across the country on various networks before getting there). This connection can't even carry Google Voice.

100ms to Dallas:

Better Ping, worse speed:

150+ to Austin:

Modem stats, my guess is these 4 channels are spread over multiple nodes instead of doing it the correct way and wiring 4 channels for each node:

Signals are fine, looks like an overloaded node. Can you smokeping a couple of days?

I have smokeping running, but did not start it until this morning. Here is the same test @ 10AM:

Would they actually split the node if bugged enough?
