SB6140 is showing Three 64QAM upstream and One 16QAM upstream that is on a T4 timeout. Speeds haven't changed.

Is three 64QAM upstream a new thing?

location is Berkeley, CA
Motorola SB6140

Mod Note: Ignore my thumbs up/thumbs down. Those were both fumble fingers pushing the wrong buttons trying to approve your post so it would be visible. ~sorto'

Impressive, four upstream channels listed . Does the 16 QAM one stay there and show successful after a reboot?

The 16QAM does a T4 TimeOut on reboots.

The three 64QAM channels seem to be staying around.

My IP address has changed after being the same for years.

The new firmware was pushed to me a few weeks ago.

Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.8-SCM01-NOSH
Boot Version: PSPU-Boot(25CLK) 1.0.12.18m3

Service has always been rock solid. The channel bonding is useful as UC Berkeley students flood the area when classes start.

Comcast is looking for more capacity from the existing system? Building anything physically new in Berkeley is a swim in QUICKSAND.
