U-verse Link Errors
I am super frustrated with U-verse, have talked to their tech support several times and they act like I am crazy for thinking there is a problem. Their only suggestion is to upgrade to a faster connection. Why the heck would I pay them more for an unstable service? The issue is that I drop packets in the evenings, sometimes it isn't bad, other times it is so disruptive that I can't use the connection. Rebooting gateway sometimes helps, not always.
My question is this. What should the DSL Link Errors page look like(Settings, Broadband, status)? I realize that some errors are normal, but I am wondering what other people are seeing?
This is what I have, which useless tech support claims is perfectly fine. (all of these are current 24-hour window)
