People App Contact Pictures

Running into a weird problem with my People app across two laptops. My account is linked into Facebook so all Facebook contacts show in the People app. However, on one laptop, only half of the Facebook contact pictures are present while on the other laptop, nearly all the contact pictures are present. Anyone else encounter this issue? Is there a way to force the People app to grab the contact pictures?
