[DVR] Shows didn't record last night

The History tab said "This show did not record because the channel had changed during the recording" or something like that. Huh?! These shows were on during the early morning hours when no one was accessing that DVR. The other DVR in the house recorded fine. I did an MRDVR auto-fix, and it seems that previously scheduled shows are now recording fine. Does anyone know why this happened?
