The 8% buff is almost un-noticable from what I experienced this weekend. It did get me on my warrior who has sat pretty much since MoP dropped. I was amazed at how survivable the Protection Warrior is, out strips my Protection Paladin from what I've seen. I had no problems taking on groups of 10 mobs and my gear is no where near what my Paladin was wearing, 360 iLVL vs 397iLVL |

8% is a lot, if you consider some BOA pieces are only 5%.
It adds up. I think we're looking at like 53% bonus XP on kills now? Maybe more?
Personnaly I'm glad I got something useful, compared to getting some fireworks or some other bs.
I mean, 8% on mobs I was killing last night in wotlk dungeons equated to somewhere around 100xp, every kill. |

Especially since most of us here have BoA's for lowbie alt leveling. Once I have a toon in helm, cloak, shoulders, chest and legs with xp buff from guild rewards the extra 1 hour from this is a waste. I might log on my monk, do the daily for the xp buff from that, queue up for a dungeon and pop the anniversary reward once I'm in. |

I only have 1 lvl90 and I still /rage@blizz over this.
at-least its better than last year (just a FoS)
come on I want a pet.
this thing would help me with the one rep I'm still grinding (Nomi) and it'll only slightly help level my lock. |

Throw in some rested and you're looking at a ridiculous amount of XP, to the point where a single dungeon is going to net you 1.5 levels in many cases.

Next weekend hopefully I'll be getting RAF+Full BOA+this on my goblin.
Me and venom were already getting 2-3 or more levels per dungeon. |

Gotta be careful with BOA's and RAF though, as you can quickly outpace your RAF partner and exit the range where 3x works. My wife had that problem when doing RAF with her brother recently. |

How exactly can two people have BoA with Recruit a Friend? Doesn't RAF require you to have a fresh new account to bring a friend up with? The only way he could do it is if he hit honored with the guild and even then, you need serious gold to buy the three BoA items (assuming your guild has them). |

Venom made a 2nd wow account on the same bnet account as his main.
thus Venom1 can buy BOA gear and send it to his goblin.
When RAF runs out he can opt to xfer any toons we leveled to his main account and let the raf account run out of time.
If you wanted you could RAF yourself, and dual box it. |

Also Rare hunter Pet at this point called Savage. Got him last nite.

I don't understand grinding to 90. You have to do the quests in Dread Wastes anyways, and TLS dumps into DW. On both my 90s, I hit Four Winds asap, then head up to TLS at 87ish, then ding in Dread Wastes. |

My path to 90
-All Jade Forest
-All Valley of the Four winds
-Kun-lai summit until I get the breadcrumb (shado-pan) for TLS
-All TLS
-All Dread Wastes.
Dungeons at least once for the quest rewards and xp. Dungeon leveling sucks bad at Pandaland levels (85-90) since there is on ly four of them and the areas help you a lot with the reputation grind.
At 90 you should be at least:
-Friendly with tillers
-Friendly with Shado-Pan
-Neutral almost friendly with August Celestials
-Honored with Klaxxi |
