Is 18 Mbps the fastest I can get
I'm wondering if 18 Mbps will be the fastest that I would be able to get with the way things are now. I have internet only on a 25 Mbps profile.

With that Noise Margin and / or distance from the VRAD, I'd say so, unless you go to a bonded pair setup.
