kudos:3 | all from the same address? (ie a given address might be on a spam/blocked list, have excced it's "sends per hour" limit.
other limiters could be keywords in subject, attachment size, links? |

| Thanks for the suggestions. This is a pretty simple text email with no attachments. I have received other emails from her so she doesn't appear to be on a blocked list.
