[AZ] No longer channel bonding on preferred?
For the last couple of years I have had bonded channels on the preferred tier. Usually 4 downstream channels.
After a service outage earlier in the week the modem rebooted back with only one channel. Power cycling the modem continues to only get one.
Has Cox disabled channel bonding with preferred subscribers?
I am in North Scottsdale and use a DPC3010. Anyone else experiencing this?

compactmedia,
You should still have bonded channels in your area. Can you PM me your HFC MAC address of your modem so I can take a look at it for you?
Thanks,
