Never again will I have a contract. Very unlikely that I will go back to AT&T unless they improve their pricing. If you're someone that likes lighting stacks of money on fire then AT&T is for you!

Also att lets you keep old plans when upgrading, so those who got smartphones earlier, especially with 23% any top 100 fortune company discount, have incentive to stay.
