Not sure if this is the same issue as my modem got disconnected, then reconnected and now disconnected again (I saw it lose sync and abort one channel at a time).

I'm currently working, so I quickly swapped to my secondary Rogers connection (which is working just fine at the moment). I can't debug further at the moment, but will switch back in the evening if the problem is still occurring.

I'm in Kanata, ON, at Goldridge/Kanata Ave.

Mine was down here (Kanata, Morgan's Grant) this morning and I opened a ticket around 9:30.

Just got home at 2 and it's up.. looks like it maybe came back at 1:30pm judging by the modem log.

Definitely if you have any more issues after work post in the direct forum here: »TekSavvy Direct and let us know. If you can see the lights on the modem react to the outage this is usually not related to a DHCP issue.

I still think there is an outage in certain areas. I'm in Markham (McCowan and Denison area) and have had no Internet all morning. Rebooted modem, etc. Still nothing.

Edit : This just in... Possible routing issue in Markham... see initial post.

Not to dismiss your issue, but we haven't really had reports of issues in Markham.

If you could please post in the »TekSavvy Direct forum & we can take a closer look.

All the modem lights are on but no Internet in Markham (16th and Kennedy at 2:30pm.

Buroak Kennedy Light On! Getting IP but no Internet. since Morning. Have a Ticket Open

I am at another location and cant do a tracert to my home IP just loops

Can I get an update for my ticket.. I have it posted in the direct forum...i am at buroak and mccowan

My internet has been down since morning and it is STILL DOWN.... Ticket was opened around noon and I still dont have ananswer as to what the issue is?

I have the same problem.. Lights on getting an IP and cant ping the default gateway.. A quick wireshark capture shows i am not getting any arp responses from tek savvy side
