Thank you, Keith Not sure if this is the same issue as my modem got disconnected, then reconnected and now disconnected again (I saw it lose sync and abort one channel at a time).
I'm currently working, so I quickly swapped to my secondary Rogers connection (which is working just fine at the moment). I can't debug further at the moment, but will switch back in the evening if the problem is still occurring.
I'm in Kanata, ON, at Goldridge/Kanata Ave. |

 | reply to TSI Outages Mine was down here (Kanata, Morgan's Grant) this morning and I opened a ticket around 9:30.
Just got home at 2 and it's up.. looks like it maybe came back at 1:30pm judging by the modem log. |

My internet has been down since morning and it is STILL DOWN.... Ticket was opened around noon and I still dont have ananswer as to what the issue is?
I have the same problem.. Lights on getting an IP and cant ping the default gateway.. A quick wireshark capture shows i am not getting any arp responses from tek savvy side
