[Connectivity] Cable Internet/TV outage - Elmhurst, NY

I have Cable internet but and its been off all day.
I tried plugging in the coax into my tv to see if the unscrambled local channels are being decoded. I don't get anything.

Can anyone check and let me know what is going on.
I'm in Elmhurst NY.

Im currently tethering thru my t-mbile data to get this message across.

Its now day 2 and still im out of internet services.
Can someone help please... ? there is a 20 minute wait to speak to a representative at the moment.

You need to wait those 20 minutes. While we do have unofficial officials, they still advise people to call into tech support first.

There is no wait time right now, so if you are around, call into tech support now to trouble shoot.

I see you PMd me and I will check things out, but as shadyman777 said, it is better to trouble shoot live with tech support.

I just got word that your outage was caused by a fiber cut and the the fiber is now repaired. Could you let me know if that is not the case?
