If he knows your number is on the DNCL why are they still calling?
You should have probed them for more information while under the guise that you had interest and used it to file a complaint with the DNCL and CCTS.
Because they can? They seem to be willing to call regardless.
Today I took his number and once he was off called him back with call block on. It was a good number he gave me, at least for today. Then reported to CRTC DNCL complaints
