[BC] Did you know

That if you have any problem with installs billing anything to do with Telus.
That there is a 'Loyalty and Retention' department that you can contact.
Several years ago when I found this website I had never heard of that department for when I retired at 65 in 2001 they didnot have one at BC Tel.
These folks are really sympathetic and most helpful .They know which department to address with your problem. That is their job to help the customer. If by chance something went wrong at that level whether business or residentual there is a number 310-1000 and you will be referred to an executive of Telus that will sort everything out in short order for you.
I have never seen anyone being referred to these areas of the Company before on this website.I apologize if I am incorrect.
As in many large Companies Telus has incentive bonuses for employees that get new and added services for the Company.I imagine this is also true for all the other Companies in this highly competitive world.
Hope I have been of help......Kruisey
