Hi there,

Over the past few months I have been having problems with
very slow internet during the day with my Broadband 50.
Anytime from like noon until 10 pm or so, I get extremely
low speeds, with the results on speedtests showing ~5Mb/s. I recently (about 2 weeks ago) called a tech in and he said there was a problem with the node in my area. I live in West Kelowna. He told me they would fix the problem as soon as possible but the problem still seems to be persisting. When I talked to customer support today they said the problem should be fixed, though. This has been going on for quite a while. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
