I'd go back to mediacom if they didn't create these limits. I watch a lot of directv on demand and would probably hit the 250. I really dislike these limits

Which is why the limits were put in to place, to protect the video pay stream. Mediacom wants you to buy television services from them, not DirecTV. A cap on data usage is a great way to encourage that.

Good point that's probably why they have them. I just wish century link would get fiber soon

Centurylink has the same caps. They are just not charging for overages yet. You get three warnings I believe before you get tossed off the network.

CL is just plain horrible anyway
