 | [MN] Channel Bonding Problem - Savage, MN Folks,
Has anyone in MN (I'm in Savage) noticed that their DOCSIS 3 modems are no longer channel bonding? I'm running a CISCO DPC3000 and it was channel bonding on the downstream for Max service up until a month or two ago, and then it dropped to single channel. I didn't have an immediate concern as my speed tests continued showing in the mid 20's down and almost in the 3's up.
Yesterday, I took advantage of the new pricing deal and upgraded to Ultra 50/5 service. Although my up stream speeds increased to 5+, my downstream is still in mid 20s. Upon checking my modem, I saw that I am still not channel bonding on the downstream.
I have been working with Chad over the past two days and have done multiple resets of the modem (including re-provisioning it via Walded Garden). He is indicating everything looks good from his vantage point.
My signal quality looks good (down = 2.5db power / 36 db SNR, up = 41.8 db) and I'm getting 20ms ping times to a Chicago based server.
I do not have an Amber light showing on my modem (the amber light would indicate the modem is internally failing to bond across multiple channels). I'm starting to think there is an issue at the head end / CMTS where they are not provisioning across channels.
Does anyone have any thoughts? Anyone else in Savage having channel bonding issues? |

 | I just swapped in a new modem (SB6121). Still no downstream channel bonding |

 | Chad scheduled me for a tech visit for this Thursday, but when I woke up this morning, all four channels were bonding and I had speeds of 56/5.6 . . . not sure what happened over night? |
