I highly suspect that Future Nine has not been down for two days.
If you haven't already, try to power down your modem, router if you have one, and VoIP equipment. Then power them up, starting with the modem, then the router, then the VoIP equipment, waiting a few minutes in between each to allow the device time to properly boot.
If that does not work, post here with the make and model of your VoIP equipment and router, and someone will try to help.
