I carry my ZS7 in a protective case with a carabiner on a belt loop whenever I go out, wouldn't leave home without it.

Compact Camera - Suggestions

But I usually only take it with me if I'm planning to go take pictures. I don't take it on business trips, etc, as it's too much to take one more bag sometimes. I'm looking for something small to carry with me most of the time but I want the following:

1) Shutter Priority Mode
2) Aperture Priority Mode
3) RAW format available
4) $300 range

I looked at the Canon Powershot G15 online today and it appears to have what I want, but it's in the $450 range. Am I out of luck for the price point that I'm willing to pay?
