1450 is not a good MTU for Rogers Broadband -- should [or must] be 1500.
For your Slingboxe to adjust to broadband, power down by removing the slingbox power cable,
wait 10 minutes then reconnect the power cable to the slingbox.
The remote Slingboxes are in Europe (one in Prague and the other in Paris). They are also adjusted to 1450 at their end as well and when I tried 1500, it was even worse. Once I get a chance to adjust the MTU, I will try various options at both ends to see what works best.
