Oui mais ça n'a d'utilité que dans les pays mentionnés sur la liste. Vidéotron vit dans la Principauté de Péladeau, qui a son propre fuseau horaire et une définition très élastique des unités de temps.

Videotron est sur la liste. Il ont commencé chez T-Mobile aux USA comme les appareils se ressemble j'imagine que notre tour s'en vient.
