That assumes a 40 mhz channel, aggregate, (75 megs each way). Ubnt 3.65 is only certified for 25mhz. So there you have to cut off almost half of the very optimistic 150mbps aggregate speed they post on their site. Then throw in noise, F1 blockage, etc etc you can see where Im going.
But then again, you might never read this..
