Hey I had the same problem...
My iPhone 4 on 3G could send and Recieve texts but I couldn't go on the Internet (safari,chrome,Facebook,etc) also my home wifi was also not working :/ my buddy who is also with Rogers had the same problem, anyways it seems to be fixed now
